		<description>That&#039;s a good list.  As someone new to tech PR, I laughed going though the list of terms that were foreign to me six months ago.  I may add industry specific terms such as BPM, SLA (service level agreement), RFID, encryption, WiMAX, mobile backhual, LTE (long term evolution), 4G, MEBA (multi enterprise business applications).  

You should publish a short list.  I can&#039;t tell you how many times I blankly stared at my colleagues after hearing some of these terms.</description>
